Sometimes at the initial consultation we may discover moving may not be the best solution to a problem. If you have a need or desire to move then we will make a list of wants and needs. Finding a home on the internet is easy, discovering what home will best suite your needs is not as easy. Every client and home sale or purchase is different and really we cannot fit every situation into a small nicely packaged box. With 9 years and over 350 home sales closed in my career what we learn is every situation is different and it is the cumulative experiences of the past that help make your real estate transaction move smoothly.
